- Validate the accuracy of team member statistics for a weekly executive committee meeting
- Monitor and report any impediments to the growth of the company.
- Ensure all TKG staff members and professionals associated with Kelley Group Partners adhere to company policies and ethics according to our professional culture.
- Monitor internal/external marketing and ensure it is delivered to the appropriate audiences.
- Oversee, track and monitor product sales and services.
- Ensure CRM is expertly managed by our tech services.Â

V.P of PRODUCTION
Job Description:
- Ensure The Kelley Group (TKG) and Kelley Group Partners deliver high-quality services in a professional and timely manner.Â
- Oversee servicing of coaching clients, including event scheduling and attendance at coaching calls to monitor client statistics, progress and key announcements.
- Ensure delivery of services is efficient, effective and produces measured results that can be statistically verified for coaching clients pre-, mid-, and post-term.
- Prepare resources required for coaching clients, including documents used for collecting client statistics, monitor progress and compliance. Collect verified documents to ensure goals are on track and ultimately achieved.
- Review coaching on a regular basis to ensure it follows the established protocol. Correct all deviations from protocol for speaking, coaching and training programs.Â
- Review all services to isolate causes for any lower-than-acceptable quality/quantity.Â
- Review TKG staff and Kelley Group Partners actions and correct when necessary to ensure the company’s unique speaking, coaching and training methodology is strictly adhered to and rigorously applied to ensure outstanding results.
- Assist in the training of TKG staff and Kelley Group Partners to ensure they are adequately trained in all aspects of their positions to ensure they are competent and contributing team members.
- Record and issue valid evidence of skills attained. Correct any failed services. Â
