V.P. of ADMINISTRATION

Job Description:

  • Responsible for hiring high-caliber individuals for staff positions. 
  • Train new staff members and outline expectations
  • Responsible for establishing and organizing The Kelley Group’s (TKG) administrative system, technology and policy.
  • Review applicants for Kelley Group Partners positions.
  • Oversee standard communication system of TKG and Kelly Group Partners to ensure all communication to clients and prospect is properly handled and distributed in a timely and professional manner. 
  • Collect info for graphs and compile reports of TKG’s weekly statistics.
  • Validate the accuracy of team member statistics for a weekly executive committee meeting
  • Monitor and report any impediments to the growth of the company.
  • Ensure all TKG staff members and professionals associated with Kelley Group Partners adhere to company policies and ethics according to our professional culture.
  • Monitor internal/external marketing and ensure it is delivered to the appropriate audiences.
  • Oversee, track and monitor product sales and services.
  • Ensure CRM is expertly managed by our tech services.

V.P of PRODUCTION

Job Description:

  • Ensure The Kelley Group (TKG) and Kelley Group Partners deliver high-quality services in a professional and timely manner. 
  • Oversee servicing of coaching clients, including event scheduling and attendance at coaching calls to monitor client statistics, progress and key announcements.
  • Ensure delivery of services is efficient, effective and produces measured results that can be statistically verified for coaching clients pre-, mid-, and post-term.
  • Prepare resources required for coaching clients, including documents used for collecting client statistics, monitor progress and compliance. Collect verified documents to ensure goals are on track and ultimately achieved.
  • Review coaching on a regular basis to ensure it follows the established protocol. Correct all deviations from protocol for speaking, coaching and training programs. 
  • Review all services to isolate causes for any lower-than-acceptable quality/quantity. 
  • Review TKG staff and Kelley Group Partners actions and correct when necessary to ensure the company’s unique speaking, coaching and training methodology is strictly adhered to and rigorously applied to ensure outstanding results.
  • Assist in the training of TKG staff and Kelley Group Partners to ensure they are adequately trained in all aspects of their positions to ensure they are competent and contributing team members.
  • Record and issue valid evidence of skills attained. Correct any failed services.

ASSOCIATE COACH

Job Description:

  • Successful candidate must have a desire to be a professional coach and trainer and be willing to participate in an extensive training program to ensure he/she has a thorough understanding of high-performance coaching The Kelley Group (TKG) provides for elite advisors and executives. 
  • Assist in coaching elite, high-powered financial advisors to ensure they reach weekly statistical goals and maintain scheduling objectives.

  • Oversee a talented team of Kelley Group Partners to assist them in mastering the art of professional speaking, coaching, training and consulting all while learning how to market and manage a million-dollar business.
