While you don’t need to be part of a team, having an assistant is valuable. Over the years, we’ve worked with teams consisting of an advisor and his/her assistant up to teams as large as 21 members strong. The program is customized to address the needs of your team regardless of size.

Is the PCG program time intensive?

You and your team will participate in a 12-month coaching program.

As a team leader, you’ll be required to:

  • Attend a 30-minute call at the beginning of each week.
  • View a 15-minute video featuring lessons, homework and skills to be practiced.
  • Attend a 30-minute Q&A call in preparation for a written or oral exam.

Team members will attend:

  • Special sessions designed specifically to enhance their productivity and clarify their roles and responsibilities.
  • Additional lectures will be available for support staff, teams and sales management specific to their roles.
