COACH BROOKE TJARKS
Brooke Tjarks specializes in financial executive assessment, team effectiveness and coaching and is a Certified Kelley Group Coach. She holds a research-based master’s degree from Harvard and B.S. and MBA from Pepperdine University as well as. Previously Coach Tjarks worked full-time at small- and medium-sized consulting firms including Spencer Stuart, a global executive leadership consulting firm. Over the span of her career, she has provided talent strategy consulting to financial companies across a variety of sectors including banking, financial services and investment management (asset managers, private equity, and venture capital). As a trained executive assessor, Brooke utilizes a methodical approach in executive assessments and executive coaching that includes drawing insights from cognitive and personality testing (psychometrics).
