It quickly became a passion of ours to offer education and training services to clients in the financial services industry. We pride ourselves on bringing added value to the largest firms and the largest producers in the financial services industry giving them the ability to reach their greatest potential.
Through our work we discovered an opportunity to teach financial literacy throughout our community of neighbors and friends, leading us to start Stand Up For Financial Literacy where we’ve kicked off Financial Literacy Month by ringing the bell at the New York Stock Exchange and supporting the United Nations in their Stand Up Against Poverty campaign.
WHO WE ARE
Brooke and Sarano Kelley are the co-founders of The Kelley Group, helping high performance professionals achieve massive growth in business and peak performance in every aspect of their life. They share their proven techniques for Reversing the Deal Flow to create a successful business model with a self-sustaining flow of referrals. The Kelleys also provide their insights in what they call “The Game” — key principles that have enabled some of the wealthiest and most successful people in the world to tap into their full potential.
For two decades, Brooke has pioneered techniques used by elite financial advisors to bring prospects to their door, retain existing clients and significantly increase the assets they manage. Brooke’s informative and highly motivational speaking approach always leaves advisors wanting more.
Brooke was ranked number 10 in the world in sales out of 8,000 sales people for the largest fortune 500 company of it’s kind at 26 years old. She has designed many of The Kelley Group’s highly effective training and coaching programs all while running the operations and a private coaching practice catering to members of Barron’s Top 100 and Forbes’ Top 20 list. Her program, Reversing the Deal Flow, is in high demand by financial firms throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Brooke has served as the National Spokesperson for the Women’s Coalition and continues to serve as an advocate for women on Wall Street. Along with actively providing education and training to industry professionals, Brooke is currently pursuing her Masters Degree in Communication at The University of Southern California. Previously she graduated with honors from Pepperdine University. Part of Brooke’s “get things done” attitude can be attributed to her intensive training and the dedication required as a former athlete training for the Olympics.
Sarano grew up in a gang-infested neighborhood, yet despite that, he entered Vassar College at age 16. By age 23, he was working on Wall Street earning over $400,000 a year in the early 80’s as a financial professional at Lehman Brothers.
A million-dollar producer before he was 30 years old, Sarano went on to become a renowned Fortune 500 communication skills trainer. With offices on Park Ave in New York City, he was the Number #1 trainer for the nation’s oldest and largest communications training company.
Sarano went on to become the Number #1 rated speaker in the financial services industry by the Securities Industry Association at the Wharton School of Business, and he was a media skills coach to the White House.
