One of Wall Street’s top advisory firms retained The Kelley Group to learn the affect advanced training and coaching would have on the manager’s ability to recruit top talents.
Over a four-month period, managers for a top Wall Street advisory firm engaged in a powerful training system that has been proven effective with two decades of research and actual implementation. The results far exceeded the managers’ expectations as, on average, they experienced a 372% increase in viable recruits in their pipeline in just 90 days.
The study concluded that when participating in a relationship-based training approach, managers would substantially increase referrals to high-quality recruits and increase the number of potential candidates in their pipeline substantially.
