In our best-selling book, The Game: Win Your Life in 90 Days, we outline a process for providing accountability and tracking progress of your goals.
In our coaching programs we have participants create a practice scorecard. This is a business plan and execution dashboard that guides the practice and actions of each individual. This is an extremely useful tool for Mastermind Group members to use to keep track of their progress.
As trust has built between members, referrals have been an added benefit of your group. That is one of the measures of success for your group. If this hasn’t happened, we suggest each member have a well-worded “value proposition” that other members can memorize and comfortably articulate to a client when referring the member to him or her.
To assess members’ satisfaction with the Mastermind Group, you should meet on a pre-determined basis (annual or bi-annual) to evaluate the status of the group and discuss any changes that need to be made.
We hope you have enjoyed our Mastermind Group series. If you want additional guidance on forming a Mastermind Group, or would prefer to use a professional outside facilitator, The Kelley Group offers a unique program called The COI Mastermind Group Project
This initiative, run by experienced and certified professionals, assures that each mastermind group is run in a strategic, organized fashion and members receive valuable instruction, participate in peer accountability and experience collaborative growth. We hope you will join us.
