Over a three-day period, we invite you to spend three hours each day with us on Zoom where you’ll learn communication skills that will take you to the top of your game whether communicating by phone or videoconferencing. These proven strategies will make you an even better communicator than you were when previously meeting face to face with prospects and clients. And when things return to normal, the skills will continue to help you maximize your performance.

  • Be able to mentally read what people are thinking, and get them to open up to you when communicating virtually
  • Build unconscious rapport and trust through the camera lens.
  • Read a person’s decision-making process and utilize it for a more successful closing ratio.
  • Communicate directly to a person’s subconscious mind, bypassing the unyielding conscious mind to create a true and lasting connection … even in a socially distanced world.
  • Identify where your sales process is the weakest and what you can do to improve it for an immediate boost in your statistical performance.
  • Close business in record time over video while reducing the number of meetings yet increasing your prospects’ confidence and satisfaction levels.

This highly interactive program will take your full focus as you learn more than 125 techniques to help you achieve Master Communicator status. Each morning and after work you’ll practice the skills you learn. You’ll be required to videotape yourself each day and send them for feedback from your coaches Sarano and Brooke Kelley. The combination of demonstrations, exercises, polls, whiteboards, videotaping, overnight exercises, breakout rooms and advanced learning techniques will keep you on the edge of your seat in this hands-on training. After just nine hours, you’ll be amazed when comparing your before-and-after results.
